Fidelitas Wine Dinner, July 28th

Join us on July 28th for a 5-course dinner featuring wines from Fidélitas Winery! Owner and Bozeman resident Susan Ferrin will join us for this fabulous evening. Fidélitas wines are handcrafted Bordeaux style wines showcasing Washington’s unique terroir. Here’s a peek at the menu:
1st course

Smoked salmon with tropical fruit, watermelon glaze, beurre blanc and fried leeks

Cocoa rubbed elk strip loin with bing cherry sauce and blue cheese croquette

Arugula orange salad in crisp tomato pasta cup, with white pepper seared duck breast and
sundried tomato duck sausage
4th course

Mushroom, tomato, and basil ragout served in Mountina choux pastry
5th course

Chocolate crusted blackberry pie with vanilla creme anglaise
