Make your reservations now for the May 3rd winemaker’s dinner with Coeur d’Alene Cellars winemaker Warren Schutz! We’ll be serving a 5-course dinner paired with Warren’s exemplary wines. Cost is $65 per person, reservations are required, seating is limited. Dinner starts at 6pm.

1st course: 2008 L’Artiste
Ceviche tacos with cucumber salsa
2nd course: 2008 Viognier
Smoked chicken with stonefruit jam and spiced pepper chevre
3rd course: 2007 Syrah
New Zealand elk with blue cheese polenta
4th course: 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Slow cooked peppered duck with macerated spiced cherries
5th course: 2006 Opulence
Wild mushroom and herb ragout with smoked oranges and chocolate tuille
